Elijah turned 4 on Sunday and we had a three day celebration. We started out celebrating the May birthdays in the John/Rau families on Saturday at the Rau's house. Happy Birthday to Erika and Lauren, too! Elijah is a bit shy and stoic around other people, but for his birthday, he couldn't contain his excitement! He got so fired up when it was time for presents. He started running around and even threw some serious fist pumps in the air. It really was cute! And his wish for Buzz Lightyear came true!! Sunday, we celebrated Mother's Day and his b-day at Nana and Papa's house with pizza and cake. He got his big basketball hoop on Sunday. Monday was a party with his friends at the park with a pinata and cupcakes. Happy Birthday Elijah!! We love you! (sorry the kid's party pics will have to be another post)
