Gardeners

After we had filled the garden with dirt, we waited a few weeks to plant, so the boys loved heading out to play in the dirt. Aron's pausing for a smile.
Isaac's bigger shovel broke so he's stuck with this little sand shovel, unless he can grab his brothers' shovel when they take a break... :)
Elijah workin' hard.

Here is our completed garden. We started zucchini, squash, beans and sugar and snap peas from seed a few weeks ago. Closest to us are the tomatoes and peppers that we put in last weekend. We've needed to water a lot with this hot weather, but the plants seem to be growing. Despite several transplants, our blueberries have some sort of flower/blossom on them this year too.

Great garden! Cute gardeners! Give them each a kiss from Grandpa & Grandma.

Can you email me the picture on the top of the blog? It won't copy and it's great!

Nice looking garden, everyone! Elijah looks like such a big boy in that picture.

That's a good sign for your blueberry bush. Maybe you can get enough berries to put in some pancakes. :)

Hope you're recovered from your race.
